I am currently working with company A and have accepted an offer from company B. The transfer process is going to be done through premium processing. I am also getting married in August in India and my fiance has already gotten a visa appointment for her H4 stamping. So I have following questions:
1. Do I need to get my visa stamped for my travel to India?
2. I have heard that I can travel on my approval notice but will this be a potentially problematic situation for my wife for her H4 stamping?
3. How long does it take for the approval to be completed through premium processing?
