I have my H1 sponsored by a bodyshop...got into it out of desperation. But have not stopped appplying for jobs in core field. If I get a job as an entry level engineer in a company ..and want to work for them..how shoudl I go about it..
My current status is OPT-F1 till early 2007. H1 B application sent from Company A (the body shop)...company B might hire me....what do I tell them ? and how can I actually work for them if they agree for sponsorship? since I am on OPT and no h1 yet... i do not have to show the INS any tax docs or pay roll docs..is that right.
