I got my H1B approved October 2009. Started working in March 2010.My H1b is filed by a small company 15-20 employees only. He doesn’t pay me on time, sometimes pay me less then I have to tell him the actual figures. Also, I have a 2.5 month delay in receiving my paychecks. Recently, I got a job with a big organization and they are ready to do my h1b transfer. I would like to start with that company since the job would be more stable and I would not have to face any problems like I face with my employer. Please suggest me how successful is h1 transfer these days? Also, I would like to know if my H1b is transferred –would my employer know about it?
