I'm currently working for company X and now want to transfer to another compnay Y. Company X applied for my H1 and the petition was approved. My H1 started just a few days back.
Now Iw ant to transfer my H1 onto Company Y. When I spoke to a couple of persons that I know, they say that I should have atleast one pay stub from my current employer (company X) before I transfer to Company Y. Since my H1 started recently I still do not have a pay stub.
Can anyone please tell me the issues if I go ahead and transfer or if I should stay back and wait for a stub before moving on.
