If a person applies to tranfers his H1 from company A to company B, at the same time accepts offer from company C and both B and C are applying premium processig at the same time or difference of a day or two:
1)Does this situation create any poblem to the transfer or the status of H1.
2)Can company B (no contract signed) create any legal issues with his joining/accepting offer from company C (contract signed) ?
