Guys,
I need a small info urgently! My brother's H1 is getting expired on this coming Nov 1st,2002. Actually his H1 is being transferred from previous one to present one. And we have applied for that on Aug 14th,2002. When I see online status, I see there was an RFE issued on this case on Oct 16th,2002. Lawyer said, he has not received it yet! We are kind of scared right now! Is he going to be out of status? Or Is he going to be fine since we have the receipt with us!
