H1 Transfer during the extended period (Beyond 6 years)

Hi All,

My 6 years on H1 completed in March 2006, but I have received another 3 years extension based on pending I-485 and approved I-140 petitions. Now I want to change my job using AC21 and would like to remain on H1 status. Do you guys see any problem with that?
 
h1 transfer beyond 6 yrs

i am in the same boat, and trying to use AC21 for the second time. Did you learn anything about the visa transfer after 6 yrs?
