H1 transfer during revalidation?? Please Help!!

Hi All,

I applied for my revalidation last week and today I got an offer from a different company. Can I apply for an H1 transfer while the revalidation is still pending?

Also, My wife is currently in India and she has to go to chennai for visa stamping. Is it okay to apply for her new H4 when she is out of US?

you can apply for new H1 if you have the cpies of passport, I-797 and I-94 with you.

I am not sure what you mean by the new H4, but if you mean along with ur transfer you want to file for H4 transfer that cannot be done ehilw she is abroad.
In any case she does not need a new H4 just cause you change jobs, her H4 is dependant on ur H1 not the employer.

I do have copies of my passport, I-797 and I-94 and other documents.

For my wife, I was referring to H4 visa stamp in chennai. Her old visa stamp is expiring in september and she is going to get h4 visa stamp using the H4 approval we received earlier.
