I have gone through the threads on 'h1 transfer' and could not get answer for my situtation. If you could help, that will be great.
I got my h1 last year, went for premium processing through company A. I came here on March-05 and company A did not arrange any single interview until last month.
Now I got an offer from company B. My documents are submitted and waiting for the receipt number / approval.
Already I got a pay-stub from company B. Is this enough to produce reg. pay-stubs ? Some of the threads i found 'recent paystubs', is this applicable for company B's paystubs ? Coz i dont have any pay-stub with company A.
Somehow company A sniffed and started threatening that they would revoke my current h1 from them. If they do, will my 'h1 transfer' gets affected ?
How much time it takes for company A to revoke my h1 ?
how much is the fee for revoking h1 ?
