I worked in company A and did a H1 transfer and currently working with company B. Company B is saying they lost H1 receipt and approval notice from bcis. They are saying they have applied for I824(for duplicate copy) but avoiding me to send the receipt or any other document.
My questions are
1. Can I travel outside U.S
2. Can I join new company (H1 transfer)
I have the following documents
Company A's all documents and company B's approved WAC number.
I appreciate any suggestions.
