Hello,
My OPT expired on July 10th. I applied for H1 with company A with a reciept date of June 4th. My H1 was approved on Sep 15th with a start date of Oct 1st. My 60 day grace period ended on Sep 10th. The next 20 days were taken care of by the new INS rule for those who filed their H1 before July 20th.
Now company B wants to hire me and transfer my H1. As my opt ended, I dont have pay stubs.
Can I apply for a transfer within the first week of Oct, without pay stubs? Will this cause any complications with INS? Will I be considered out of status if I want to file a new H1? Please advice.
