Hi ,
I am currently on STEM OPT, and am employed at Company A. My registration was selected in the H1B lottery with Company A, but my employment with them is probably going to end in May/June. I have another job offer from Company B. If I file my H1b from Company A through premium processing and if it gets approved by end of May, is it possible to transfer that H1B( file a new petition for new employment instead of change of employer) to Company B before October 2024, which would be the official start date for her H1B? Also when my employment from company A is terminated , they withdraw the sponsored H1B by reporting to USCIS. Assuming the transfer works, Should the new petition filed by employer B be approved before Employer A withdraws the petition?
Also, are there any chances of denial when employer B file for H1B or any other possible risks?
