A friend of mine who is on H4 is a victim of domestic abuse.She had to come out of her spouse house.She has a new approved H1 which will be valid from October 1st under next year quota.She got this H1 through her spouse's employer and she is afraid that her spouse may get this H1 cancelled and she doesn't have much time. Can she be able to transfer this H1 before October 1st to another employer? If it is possible, she wants to do premium processing.
