H1 Transfer before I-485 filed

Did anyone do H1 transfer before I-485 filed?

In June, 2000, I was thinking to switch job while my I-140 was pending. I did H1 transfer and got approved. At the same time, I got offer from other department. I decided to stay in my current company and continue my green card process.

Now, I have my ND 11/2000 and FP 2/2001. I don\'t know my previous H1 transfer affect my I485. Can anyone help?? Thanks.

i do not think H1 transfer affects your I-485 , when I-485 is adjudicated , INS sees whether you
maintaind status or not. It seems your old H1 was never cancelled and i think you r in good shape.

Once you haven\'t really worked for the other company, that additional H1 means nothing.
The more important is if you always keep working for your current company.
