H1 Transfer Approved / 485 pending

I just got my H1 extension and transfer approved. (waiting for actual notification)
My six on H1 years expire tomorrow! (wow I just realized that) :p
I had applied for 3 year extension H1 and H4 (waiting for actual notification)
Took the process 2 months.
I did not file any thing for AC-21 as advised by my Lawyer!

Hope this is helpful for others trying to achieve the same

You got post 6 years H-1B extension in increment of 3 years. You are subject to the visa retrogression, aren’t you?
 
I won't know that till I get the actual notification. Yes I am subject to the visa retrogression
