I have got my H1 stamped with Company A. This week, I am transferring my H1 from Company A to Company B. I am travelling to India next month. I have read on other forums that as long as I have new I-797, valid I-94 and 3 pay stubs, I should be fine. I will have I-797 by the time I travel to India, but I may not have even a single pay stub. Would that pose a serious problem?
For any future travel purposes, do I have to get a new visa stamping? Or I can travel with the old stamp until it's expiry? If someone could help on this, that would be great. Thanks in anticipation.
