H1 transfer and Resume

Hello,
I came to US on F1 visa (Aug 2006) and company A sponsored my H1 B visa on (effective Oct 2008). I am working for the company A and now Company B is filing my H1 transfer. The resume which I have submitted that shows experience with company A from AUG 2007 to present. But actually I graduated in DEC 2007. I have the offer letter of the company (joining date AUG 2007) but I dont have proof of I-20 that I have worked on CPT. I got my OPT from 9th Jan 2008. So I dont have proof of AUG 2007 to Jan 2008 that I have worked on CPT.

Summary:
AUG 2006 to DEC 2008 - Masters
Resume - AUG 2007 to present working with company A
OPT - 9 Jan 2008 to 8 jan 2009

Dont have proof for AUG 2007 to Jan 2008 (I was planning to go for CPT and also got the offer letter but finally joined the company in JAN 2008 and not went with CPT). But resume I have submitted to USCIS shows worked with company from AUG 2007 to present.

Still my documents are not submitted to USCIS but with company B.

Will this be problematic ??
Does USCIS takes dates in consideration very carefully for H1 transfer??
What do you suggest me to do??

Option 1 - Ask my company B that I made a mistake in my resume with dates?
Option 2 - ??

Please help me ASAP...lots of thanks in advance..

Dip.

Very complicated! You need to seek legal help.
There could be issues with illegal work or illegal study while on H1. If you had change of status to H1 effective Oct 2008 how could you get OPT, you are not in F1 status.

I was on F1 from 2006 AUG to 2007 DEC and then I got OPT from 2008 jan to 2009 jan. And by the time company A applied for H1 and I got H1 in 2008 Oct.

So, my point is I have shown a experience from 2007 AUG to present. But I got my OPT on Jan 2008. That means from 2007 AUG to 2008 Jan, I dont have proof that I was working and even I could not work. Do USCIS check dates very carefully...? or can I show that I was doing volunteer work without any pay?..
