I am kinda confused. the situation is.
I was working for company A & my wife n kid got their h4 visa stamped based on my company A h1-b visa.(My wife n kid are in india & they have never come travelled to usa before). then i joined company B & they initiated my h1-b transfer process. My wife n kid both are in india & they r expected to come here by jan end 2007.
My question is .
1 ) Can they travel on their existing h4 visa (Considering it was from company A) ?
2 ) Do they need to wait for my transfer process to get complete & then appear again with an approved petition for another h4 ?
Plz let me know if you guys have any idea on this?
