I am ta present working with a company XX .My employer lost the I 94 card that was sent to him by the INS. I am thinkign of transfering my h1 .Will i have a problem in transfering Since i donot have my original ( i Have a copy of it) . Will INS SEnd me a new I 94 when my transfer isapproved
