H1 Transfer After Ac21

Hi,

My H1(6years) gets Expired in Aug 2006.
i want Move to a diffirent company,using Ac21 but still stay on H1.
Can i get a 3 year Extention from Now,or do i have to first get a H1 Transfer till 2006 Aug and then extend it for 3 more years.

Please help.
 
According to my laywer you can get a 3 year extension with the new employer. Ask your lawyer too and let post here.
