I am in 7th year of my H1 with an extension based on LC(A) pending for more than one year. Now my company X is going down. Can I :
1. Transfer H1 to another company Y ?
2. If 1 is OK - then can I apply for 8th year (when the time comes up)through company Y in the remote possibility that the LC(A) application filed by company X is not cancelled ?
