Hi Friends,
I moved from company A to company B earlier this year. Company B filed for my H1 transfer in Feb this year, claiming they did so using "premium processing"...however, i still havent received the approval notice...my case has now been transfered to the Vermont processing center from the CA center...
anyway, i had planned on taking a trip to india in november...now, my current visa, from company A is valid upto the end of 2009.
Questions:
1. can i travel (and re-enter the US), on this visa? or will i need a new visa (assuming i get the approval by then)?
2. what happens if i travel without receiving the approval?
3. will my wife also need a new visa (her current H4 visa is also valid till the end of 2009).
