H1 toH4 visa at US Consulate, Juarez, Mexico

Hi

My wife has to apply for her H4 visa sicne her current employer is lay her off. It seems the fastest way to get a H4 visa is to apply at
US Consulate, Juarez, Mexico since INS is talking a long time to approve any petition.

If you have done this please share your experience about what they asked in the visa interview.
