I recently got my H1B approved but didn't join the company.I am planning for an H1B to H4 status change.Meanwhile my husband has joined another company who initiated his H1 transfer.We haven't received his approval yet.I would like to know what all documents are needed for I539 application (H1B to H4 status change) if your spouse is in the middle of an H1 transfer and if anybody has done this successfully or if anybody had any complication during the status change.
