I am in H1 now and my H2 was approved in NSC, my wife is tying to change from H1 to H4, she filed the I-539 to NSC but was returned and asked to send to CSC, after sent to CSC, it was returned again from NSC (I guess CSC forwarded the form to NSC.) with the same reason, My wife's old H1 ended on Jun 30 2007, and nowhere is processing her i539 till now, what should we do? please suggest.
H1 to H4, where to file?
