I came here on H4 in May 2001. Got my H1 after and year and it expired on june the 1st 2004. I could not work as i had health problems but did not go back to my H4. Now iam planning to go to India for H4 stamping. Do you think if i can go and get? What are the chances? Will that cause any problem with the green card processing? I would appreciate if someone can help me in this asap.
