Both my husband and myself are on H1-B visa. My 6 years of H1-B visa is expiring in Nov 2004 and my Husband's would be expiring in March 2005.
But his company is applying for an extesion as of Oct 2004 for his 7th Year extension.
Can i convert to H4 before Nov 2004? In which case, i can file my Visa Status change papers for H4 along with his Visa extension papers or should i wait till his extension gets approved and then file?
