I fedex my I-539 petition to vermont center on Nov, 24m they should get
it on Nov. 27th. Already 3 weeks, but still do not get receipt and the check is not cashed.
How long is it usually take to get the receipt? Thanks.
Used to file petion to NE center, usually will get it around 2 weeks.
