I worked at a university on H1b, due to unavoidable circumstances had to quit to join my husband back in LA who is on F1. i applied for transfer to F2 but the back log is such that it might take 3-4 months to actually get me to F2 status.
my question is, if i get a job can the company sponsor my H1 and if so what happens later when the F2 kicks in!! am i back to F2!
