H1 to F1 Visa

I am completing 6 years on my H1B visa very soon,can i now change to F1 visa and continue to stay here for studing.

Thank you very much...Yes i am from India and i don't have GC application pending.

Can you please clarify, whether i can back change back to H1 after an year or two from F1 and start working in USA again.
