Hello Gurus,
I am here in this country on H1 and then transfered to F1. Did my Masters and am presently working on my OPT, expiring Dec 23, 2004. I have my H1 approved and starting from Nov 1st 2004.
I have few questions regarding this.
1) Can I continue to work on my OPT till Dec 23, 2004 and then join on my
new H1-B status?
2) Can I go to Canada for getting my H1B visa stamping? My initial H1B visa
stamping got expired and I do not have any stamping for F1 in my
passport.
Please help me by answering these questions.
