My 6 years on H1-B will soon expire and my co has applied for labor (it is not yet approved).
However I intend to go to B-school next year(2010). Hence would like to convert H1 B to F1.
I have couple of questions:
1. Can I change from H1-B to F1
2. After completing b-school, will my H1 B cycle be reset
3. After completing b-school, do I need to apply for fresh H1 or can I use my labor application (if it is approved).
