H1 to EAD What do I need to do now?

I've worked for my current employer for 4 years on H1 Visa. They never hired anyone on Visa so they didn't even ask for my paperwork when I started working there.

Anyways, I just got my EAD today. My Visa is good till 2009 but I got a second job which I am starting in 2 days. So I need to switch from H1 to EAD for both jobs. What do I need to do in order to switch? I remember reading that there is a form that you need to file. Does that form get filed at work or with INS? Which form was it?

With my second job, is there anything I need to do besides showing my EAD card?

Thanks in advance.

I didn't quite understood the line: "They never hired anyone on Visa so they didn't even ask for my paperwork when I started working there."

Assuming you worked on H-1B for past 4 years and obtained EAD, yes, you can change employer and start working using your EAD. I would leave it to the new employer's lawyer about switching from H-1B to EAD. Please remember you loose your H-1B status once you invoke EAD.
