I came to US in aug 2006 and completed masters in dec 2007...and I have done job from dec2007 to may 2008...till then i dont have any job....I got H1 in oct 2008..and i dont have any pay stubs on my H1..
My employer now is saying me convert H1 to B1 and then to F1...
My Question is...
Will there be any problem converting from H1 to B1??
Will I be able to convert to F1 from B1??
If I get job while doing F1 how about my H1?? My employer said that H1 will be still open and I can convert to H1 any time...Can I do like that???
Please help me out in this case urgent...
