I\'m a canadian citizen working on H1B, if I don\'t plan to apply for GC for the time being, and switch to TN visa, later I change back to H1B after finding better employer and decide to apply for GC, is the second H1B counted for a new 6-year? If my current H1B already takes 6-year, does it mean I cannot get another H1B unless I leave US one year?
