One of my friend have a confusing situation. I saw many threads reagarding this topic. but my friend's situation is different from others.
here is the situation..
1) Entered on AP last year.. pp stamped as "PAROLEE"
2) Applied new h1 for different company and joined the new company
using h1. (not stamped yet)
3) Applied for AP also (still pending)
At this stage, since he has the valid h1, can he travel to india, get h1 stamping and enter US using H1 ?
Will he be having the H1 status after coming back? (working in a diff company after the last AP entry)
What will happen if the pending AP is approved/denied during his travel period? will it create a problem.
Please give your thoughts on this...
