H1 Stamping

Hi,

I was on F1-EAD(expired), working for a company, I got a H1 approval and after 3 months gap(i did not work these 3 months) I went to canada and got my H1B visa stamped.
Now can I go to India(home country) and come back before rejoining the company. I will not be having any recent paystubs. Does it pose any problem at port of entry. Again I got my H1 visa stamped in India.

Yes u can go to india

As long as you have valid visa stamped in you Passport, you can go to india and come back. Be sure, to inform your employer about it. I would suggest you to keep employment letter with you.
