H1 Stamping

Hi Guys,

I'm on H1 and my project is till March'04. I'm getting offers from other companies. I am planning to go to india and get married in feb '04.
Now my question is, would it be good if i stick to the current employer till I come back from India or transfer my H1 to new employer and then go to India? I have to get my H1 stamped for the first time.
Someone please advice me.
