I got my H1 from F1 in feb'04. How many days/yrs can i stay in US without getting it stamped. Is there any time limit, i heard that I cannot stay more than a yr without getting stamped. Is this true?
One more thing, can anyone suggest which is the best place to go for stamping - India, Canada or Mexico. I'll be visiting india this december, but thinking to go to Mexico or Canada before. If i get rejected, in canada or mexico can i come back to US.
