I have an I 539 filed to transfer to F1 visa and in the mean time my company wants to send me out of the country, my H1 is not stamped either. My question is that if I leave the US and go for stamping for H1, where does it leave my I 539 case? Would USCIS still process it or would it cancel the I 539 case?
