My spouse is a green card holder, he applied for FTJ and I'm in India working until his PD gets current. I found a software devlopment company (not desi consultants) who applied for my H1 and it got approved. I'm going for stamping this week, if the VO asks will you return back to India, what should I say?
I have already sent Packet 3 so they will have all my information. I think the apt answer would be, I will return back to India if my visa expires and my priority dates are not current.
What do you guys suggest?
