In 2004, on H1 visa for 6months, paystubs only for 3 months (3 month leave in between), Have a letter from employer about that leave. Changed status from H1->H4, on H4 for the rest of the year. W2 for last year has very less income because of that.
Started 2005 on a new H1 and have 7 months continuous paystubs. Do you expect any problems? How can one explain the gap?
Also, is "certified" I-129+LCA a must? I have only uncertified copies. Leaving tomorrow for the stamp. Quick responses appreciated. Thanks a LOT!
