H1 Stamping Question Please Help

I came to US on H4 now I am working on H1. I am going to Canada on Canadian Immigration visa. Please tell me is Canada more safe for my first H1 stamp or Mexico. Also my husband has previous H1 stamp from another company. Please tell me for him is Canada or Mexico more safe for him as for him it will be second H1 stamp.
 
For u, canada should be fine because as an immigrant u will be allowed to change the visa from H4 to H1, for which usually they ask u to goto ur home country. i believe same for ur husband also
