let me explain my case.
I was on F1. My OPT expired Aug 31,2003.
I applied for H1 thru company 'A' in sept 2003 and recieved the confirmation from INS on Nov 28'2003. I wasn't working though, so no paystubs.
I got a job in Apr 2004 thru company 'B'. This company filed for transferring my H1. I had my reciept so started working and was getting monthly paystubs from this new company(B). The company B got queries from INS regarding my earlier status(lack of pay history). The attorney told me that it is better to withdraw the petition then risk a rejection. I have paystubs from this company(B) till sept 2004.
Now I went back to the company 'A' and started working for them and got paystubs from them till Apr'2005.
In May 2005 I joined a new company'C'. This company filed to transfer my H1 from 'A'. It was approved and I got my documents etc.
Now i wanted to get my visa stamped and have taken an appointment in canada in Nov'2005.
What are the chances of my getting approved if i tell them this whole story?
Do you think I should just hide the fact about the company"B" altogether?
If I tell them about it then I would have to explain the rejection etc.
Please advise me.
