Dear all

If you have valid visa in your passports(old or new employer) and changed employer in between. You don't need re-stamping and travel with valid visa and nee h1B apporval.

Please check consulate email msg:

H1-B visa holders who are returning to the U.S. on a valid visa, but who have changed their employer in the U.S., do NOT require a new visa -- however they must carry their new I-797 while traveling.

Dear Sir/Madam

I have valid visa in my passport and changed recently to new employer and got new I-797 approval. Based on recent response to my friend abt same issue, I need not get visa and travel to US with valid visa and new H1B approval letter from current employer. Please confirm me the rule and suggest me the right way to avoid any problem in return.

Thanking You

Sridhar
