Hi all,
I came to US on H4. Got my H1 here. Working since last 1 year in US. Planing to visit India this Nov. Have got an appointment in Mumbai consulate for H1 stamping.
Has anyone heard/experienced any issues for getting your visa stamped in this scenario. All my paper work is in order.
I was having a second thought of getting my H1 stamped in Mexico.
Please suggest.
