H1 stamping issues

hi,

I applied H1 in Apr-2008. I entered US with H4 in 2007. H1 petition is approved and is valid from Oct-1-2008.
Now i have one question:
If i went to india in november what are the issues will occures while stamping time and what are the requirments for stamping ?
Is there any consideration for h4 to h1 persons?

Can u pls suggest me
 
1 -- Issues related to your stamping: it is mainly dependent on your employer profile, your non-immigrant history and little bit of luck

2 -- documents required for H-1B stamping: there are several websites and you can also contact the official website of the respective consulate

3 -- consideration because you were on H-4 earlier: None
