Some one please help me. Here is my situation:
I came to US in APRIL'2000 on a L1-B VISA thru an Indian company "A" and stayed till November' 2003. Got H1-B approved petetion (valid till April'2006) thru an american company "B" in November'2003 and left to India for stamping. Unfortunately, struck up with company "A" in India. Again, I came back to US on a L1-A thru company "A" in September'2004. Still, company "B" is willing to hire me. Please let me know the options to join company "B".
Can I get the H1-B stamped in Canada and start working for company "B" ?
OR
Should I go back to India to get the H1 stamped on my Passport?
OR
Is there any other way that I can inform INS and start working for company "B"?
Please help me..
