H1 stamping-india or canada...?HELP NEEDED
hi every one,
i came to usa from india on h4 on april 27, 2006 and now changed my status to h1. i got my ssn recently and am in need to get my new visa stamped. i hav plans of visiting india in next month or feb. can i get the stamping done there in india? my husband says there r high chances of getting rejected if i go for h1 stamping in india. hez planning canada trip for the h1 visa. is it necessary to goto canada when neway we hav plans to go india? is it true that they often reject h1 in such cases. please help.
