H1 Stamping in Vancouver - Canada

Hi,

I guess this has been asked many times before, I have come to USA on F1 and have changed to H1 in 2003, I was never out of status and got my H1 which was filed on my bachelors degree, I have not completed my MS at that time, but now I have completed my MS and am planning to go for stamping in Vancouver, Canada next month. Is it safe to go to Vancouver or would it be safe if I goto India....

2. Which Canadian embassy would be better for revalidation?

I dont know about your issue. Hope you will not face any problem

One of my friend had been to Vancouver last week and She got her H1 visa stamped easily.

Questions were simple it seems like company info, what kind of job.. whats her role in the Job and they asked to show the degree certificates.

Interview time was not more than 5 min and She got her Passport back on the same day .

Fee can be paid in Cash.(in dollars)

Nothing much to be worried.
